1.鸡腿肉加酱油1勺,料酒、香油各1匙,精盐、胡椒粉适量抓匀,腌20分钟。

2.洋葱切片。

3.鸡腿肉与洋葱拌匀,放铝箔碗里,再淋1勺柴鱼高汤。

4.烤箱200度预热后,烤10分钟。

5.取出翻面,再入烤箱烤10分钟。

6.鸡蛋打入碗中,加适量精盐、小匙牛奶拂匀成蛋液。
